The iron rod yam has high nutritional value and there are many ways to eat it. Soup, porridge, cooking, everything is brilliant. Today I made an afternoon tea, the ingredients I tinkered with myself, the salty crispy pastry, with a cup Herbal tea, very good!

Yam Shortbread

1. Yam peeled and steamed

2. Pour into puree, add salted egg yolk and mix well

3. Add salt and pepper, mix well and set aside

4. Butter cut into small cubes

5. Add low powder and knead into granules

6. Then add the mixed yam mud and stir to form a dough

7. Pack it in a fresh-keeping bag and roll it into a 1 cm thick piece

8. Cut the bag to reveal the rolled dough, brush the surface with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds

9. Then arrange and press the walnuts and almonds into the noodles, or not add them.

10. After the nuts are all placed, cut into chunks or strips, and place on the baking tray

11. Put it into the preheated oven at 170 degrees for 25 minutes

12. Come out and enjoy, it's salty and crispy and delicious

13. It was delicious
