Stir-fried Baby Corn with Chayote in Xo Sauce

Peel and pit the chayote and slice.

Remove the seeds of the small bell peppers and cut into pieces.

Rinse the baby corn by hand.

Heat up the pan, put the XO sauce in, and fry it to create a fragrant flavor. (XO sauce contains oil, no need to add oil.)
5.
Fry the chayote, sprinkle a little water and cook until soft.
6.
Add the bamboo shoots and small sweet peppers and stir well.
7.
Add oyster sauce.
8.
Stir-fry well.

Home-cooked delicious.
