Stir-fried Baby Corn with Mushrooms and Seafood

Remove the roots of seafood mushrooms and wash

Wash and cut the baby corn

Sausage change knife

Fill the pot with water to blanch the corn shoots and seafood mushrooms [the mushrooms contain a small amount of oxalic acid, so they are blanched afterwards]. Drain the water and set aside

Pour 2 spoons of oil into the pot

Add seafood mushrooms and baby corn, stir fry, add salt and stir well

Then add sausage and 1 spoon of fresh soy sauce to enhance the flavor

Sprinkle sesame oil on a plate
Tips:
Don’t fry the baby corn and seafood mushrooms for too long.
