Stir-fried Baby Vegetables with Shiitake Mushrooms and Minced Meat

Soak baby vegetables in a plate for a while.

Mushroom minced meat ready for use

Simmer in a frying pan until six mature, pour in corn oil, add shiitake mushrooms and minced meat, stir fry until it is fragrant.

Drain baby cabbage, add baby cabbage and shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry until soft.

Add a pinch of salt and stir-fry the light soy sauce for a few minutes.
