Stir-fried Bacon with Cauliflower Fungus

1. All the ingredients are ready, soak the fungus in warm water

2. Cut the bacon into slices, remove the roots of the fungus, choose to wash and set aside

3. The cauliflower is broken into small flowers and soaked in light salt water for 5-10 minutes, because there will be some small insects or eggs in the cauliflower. If you use light salt water, it can kill the eggs, and then wash it.

4. Put oil in the pot, put the garlic slices in the pot, add the sliced bacon, pour a spoonful of light soy sauce and stir fry
