Stir-fried Bacon with Celery and Lily

1. Fresh lily, peel off the old skin and wash.

2. Wash celery and cut into diagonal slices for later use.

3. Prepare a bag of bacon.

4. Cut into small pieces.

5. Put corn oil in the pot to heat, add bacon to heat and stir fragrant, pour in cooking wine to remove fishy smell.

6. Pour in the lily and stir fry, add a little sugar to remove the bitterness of the lily.

7. Add celery and continue to fry until cooked, then add in some salt. (Finally, you can also add chicken essence to adjust the freshness, because my family does not eat chicken essence, so I didn't put it.)

8. Out of the pot.
