Tips:

The cowpea must be blanched thoroughly to prevent poisoning

When buying beans, it is generally better to choose beans that are uniform in thickness, bright in color, transparent and shiny, and full of grains.

However, green beans with cracks, wrinkles, thin strips, and insect marks on the skin are not suitable for purchase.
