Dried flower mushrooms are a special agricultural product in Da Qinling, which I sell at my own home. Now I’m out of work, my dad sent me bacon as well. Even though I’m not with my parents, I can still taste the taste of home, and I feel full of happiness~

Ingredients

Stir-fried Bacon with Dried Flower Mushrooms

1. Mainly bacon, mushrooms, ginger and garlic, garlic sprouts

2. Soak in warm water for about half an hour

3. Shred the ginger and garlic, and cut the garlic into sections

4. Sliced bacon, sliced mushroom

5. Stir ginger and garlic

6. Put the bacon first, the fat part of the fried meat is rolled up

7. Bacon rolled up with mushrooms

8. Finally, add garlic sprouts and a little shredded garlic and stir fry to get out of the pot.

Tips:

The mushrooms should be soaked in warm water, it is best to soak in advance, if it is soaked at the time, you can be anxious, you can put it in a pot and boil it with boiling water
