Shuang La Mixed Vegetable Braised Rice

Wash the rice

Slice bacon, sausage, and zucchini

Beans, shiitake mushrooms, red peppers, green peppers are all cut

Shredded carrots

Put the bacon sausage in the hot pot and stir fry to get the oil

Add other vegetables except carrots and stir fry

Add carrot shreds and stir fry

Add salt

Boil in water

Put the water in the rice cooker and simmer well

Tips:
Don't put too much water in 9 or pour too much water in the rice and the rice will be too thin and not tasty.
