I don’t like garlic sprouts, which have a strong smell. Although they are very nutritious, they can also effectively prevent diseases such as influenza and enteritis caused by environmental pollution. But the youngest daughter of the family fell in love after eating at grandma's house last time, so every time she buys vegetables and asks her what she wants to eat recently, she will say garlic scoop (hehe, she can’t pronounce it correctly)

Stir-fried Bacon with Garlic

1. Prepare the ingredients and break the garlic sprouts into sections

2. Then wash and slice the bacon, and wash the garlic sprouts

3. Add some oil to the pan and heat it up, then add the bacon and stir fry until fragrant

4. Then pour into the garlic sprouts and stir fry together

5. Add some salt and stir fry

6. Finally, add a small amount of chicken essence to season, stir fry evenly and it will be out of the pot.

Tips:

Don't stir-fry the garlic sprouts for too long, it's better to keep the crispy texture!
