Stir-fried glutinous rice has a tougher texture than cooked and steamed, chewy, refreshing and not sticky.

Stir-fried Glutinous Rice

1. Chop green onions and set aside.

2. Soak the mushrooms and chop finely, and soak the shrimp slightly. Slice the sausage for later use.

3. The rice noodles can be submerged in water, 2-3 hours

4. Put a little oil in the pot, add the soaked glutinous rice, and stir-fry until the water is dry. The bottom of the pot is completely non-sticky. Hold the glutinous rice and set aside.

5. Add a little oil and stir fry for a fragrance

6. Place the fried glutinous rice on top of the ingredients, and sprinkle some water along the side of the pot.

7. Move the non-stick pan to heat the rice evenly.

8. Sprinkle green onion with coriander

9. Season with soy sauce so that the bottom of the pan is not sticky at all.

Tips:

Technical key: It is not advisable to add too much water, otherwise it is no different from cooking.
