Stir-fried Bacon with Garlic

Wash the bacon and steam it for half an hour.

Tips:
1 According to the saltiness of the bacon, soak in water before steaming. My saltiness is just right, so I didn't soak in water.
2 The bacon must be thinly sliced, and it will roll when it is fried.
