Stir-fried Bai Kueh

1. Wash the ingredients and set aside.

2. Stir-fry the pork belly to get the oil.

3. Pull the meat aside, add ginger and shallots and sauté.

4. Add shrimp and mushrooms and fry until the color changes and becomes soft.

5. Add the white kuih and stir-fry, cook a little cooking wine and light soy sauce in turn.

6. Add green vegetables and season with salt.

7. Stir-fry well.

8. Finished product.

Tips:

1. According to personal preference, you can add different meat and vegetables.
2. Because there are shrimps, put ginger to remove fishy.
