Stir-fried Bai Kueh with Seafood

Slice the white kueh and set aside.

Pry the sea oysters open, remove the shells to get the meat and juice, and shred other ingredients for later use.

Boil water, add salt, oil, and blanch broccoli.

Heat a wok, put a little oil, and over oil the cut white kuih. This will prevent the fried white kueh from sticking together.

Scrambled eggs and set aside.

Heat a pan with a little oil, add carrots, shredded pork, fungus, and crab fillet in turn, stir fry, and add a little salt.

Add the scrambled eggs.

Pour in the shelled sea oyster meat and juice.
9.
Stir fry over high heat, add a spoonful of old wine and a little sugar.
10.
Add a little chicken essence and serve.
