Stir-fried Bai Kueh

Slice the white kuih, cut the cabbage, and marinate the meat with soy sauce for 5 minutes.

Fry the eggs well.

The marinated pork is fried with a little starch.

Heat oil in a wok and stir-fry the cabbage.

Add the cut white kueh, stir-fry and add water, about no more than the white kueh.

Simmer in the pot for a while, until the white kuih is soft and the water is basically boiled.
7.
Add the scrambled eggs, then add a pinch of salt and mix well.
8.
Then add the sliced pork and dried shrimps and stir fry.
9.
Eat it while it’s hot, otherwise it will be battered after a long time.
