Stir-fried Bamboo Shoot Tip with Hot Pepper

1. Wash the tips of bamboo shoots and change the knife

2. Boil water for 2 minutes

3. Soak in cold water

4. Wash the hot peppers

5. Shred the peppers, carrots, and green onions

6. Hot pan with cold oil

7. Stir-fry the shredded carrots in oil

8. Add salt and stir fry evenly

9. Add bamboo shoots, green onions and chili peppers and stir-fry evenly

10. Add sugar, light soy sauce and chicken bouillon, stir fry until the sugar melts and the bamboo shoots are colored.
