Stir-fried Bamboo Shoots with Green Pepper

Ingredients: whip bamboo shoots, green peppers (stems removed, seeds removed, cleaned and cut)

Peel and clean the whip bamboo shoots.

Cut into slices on the chopping board.

Put the cut bamboo shoots in a pot of water, blanch for 5 minutes, and remove them.

Pour the oil in the saucepan to heat up, add the green peppers and stir fry.

Then, add the blanched bamboo shoots and stir fry.

Then, add an appropriate amount of soy sauce.
8.
Add the right amount of salt.
9.
Stir-fry well and serve.
