Stir-fried Bean Curd with Celery

Cut celery into small pieces at will, and cut the bean curd into small pieces.

Use cornstarch, cooking wine, and light soy sauce to marinate the lean meat slices and set aside.

Cut green and red peppers into small pieces diagonally, cut ginger into small pieces, and diced garlic.

Put oil in the pan to transfer the lean meat out of its smooth and discolored color for later use.
