Stir-fried Bean Sprouts with Hericium

Soak the Hericium erinaceus in cold water.

Tear the soaked Hericium erinaceus into small flowers and cook for 30 minutes.
3.
Wash the bean sprouts from the roots and soak for 10 minutes.
4.
Cut the boiled Hericium erinaceus into slices.
5.
Wash the onions and green peppers and cut them into strips.
6.
Pick up the frying pan and fry the onions in the pan.
7.
Fry the onion to give a fragrance, and stir-fry the Hericium erinaceus.
8.
Stir-fry with sugar.
9.
Bean sprouts are fried in the pot.
10.
Stir-fry until the bean sprouts collapse slightly, and stir-fry the green peppers.
11.
Stir-fry with salt.
12.
Stir-fry evenly, turn off the heat, serve and enjoy.
Tips:
1. Change the water in due course when soaking Hericium erinaceus.
2. Condiments are added evenly and personally.
3. It is not advisable to add seasonings with heavy colors and flavors to this dish.
