Stir Fried Beans

Pick and wash the beans, drain the water

Cut it into inch segments
3.
Cut the pork, green onion and ginger
4.
Heat the pan with cold oil, add the beans, stir-fry repeatedly on low heat

Stir-fry until the surface of the beans is dehydrated and wrinkled, set aside
6.
Leave the bottom oil in the pan, fry the scallions and ginger, add the pork slices and stir-fry until the color changes
7.
Cook in the right amount of soy sauce and put in the spare kidney beans
8.
Continue to stir-fry on low heat until the beans and pork slices are evenly coated in the soup
9.
Add salt and sugar to taste
10.
Stir-fry evenly, then turn off the heat
11.
Put it out of the pot and serve it on a plate.
Tips:
1. To make this kind of dry-stir-fried dishes, the overflowing soup must be collected at the end, so that it is wrapped on the main ingredients.
2. When stir-frying the beans, stir-fry them on a low heat, firstly dehydrating them slowly, and secondly fry them thoroughly.
