Stir-fried Beans with Chicken Gizzards

Prepare ingredients, beans, chicken gizzards;

Wash chicken gizzards and soak in brine for 5 minutes;

Tips:
1. The chicken gizzards are washed and soaked with salt to make them cleaner and sterilize;
2. Remove the pods and stalks of the beans;
3. Add a little salt when boiling the beans in water, the beans will not turn yellow.
