Stir-fried Beans with Dried Tofu and Fungus

Pick and wash the beans.

Soak the fungus and wash it off.
3.
Cut the dried tofu into thick strips.
4.
Peel and mince garlic.
5.
Heat up a pan and saute the minced garlic.
6.
Add the beans and fungus and fry, add a small amount of water and cook until the beans are 8-9 well cooked.

Add dried bean curd and stir well.

Add oyster sauce and stir well.
9.
Cover the lid and cook for 2-3 minutes.
