Stir-fried Beef Cabbage with Leishan

1. Ingredients: Lei bamboo shoots, beef cabbage, red pepper (cleaned and cut)

2. Peel the bamboo shoots, cut off the old roots, and clean them.

3. Cut into slices on the chopping board.

4. Wash the beef cabbage.

5. Cut on the chopping board and set aside.

6. Afterwards, lower the cut bamboo shoots into a pot of water and blanch for 5 minutes.

7. Pour the oil in the saucepan and heat it up, add the cut beef cabbage and stir fry.

8. Then, add an appropriate amount of water.

9. Stir fry until the beef cabbage is broken.
