Stir-fried Beef Cubes with Soaked Cowpea

1. The preparation materials are shown in the figure.

2. Cut all kinds of ingredients as shown in the picture. Dice beef, add appropriate amount of starch and sesame oil, and mix well.

3. Pour the oil in a hot pan and bring it to 80% hot.

4. Add the beef and stir fry quickly until the color is broken.

5. Add the peppercorns, dried chili segments and garlic slices and stir fry for a while.

6. Add the soaked cowpea and stir fry for a while.

7. Add celery and stir fry for a while.

8. Add a small amount of salt and stir fry for a while.

9. Add an appropriate amount of Laoganma flavored tempeh and stir-fry evenly to get out of the pot.
