Stir-fried Beef Shreds

Wash the beef tenderloin and cut into large slices

I'm changing the knife into chopsticks thick and thin

Cut the small chili in half and shred the ginger
4.
Heat wide oil in a wok, add shredded beef and deep fry

Fry out all the moisture in the beef, until it changes color, remove it

The oil is heating up, re-fry it again

Fish out for spare

Put a little oil in the wok and sauté the ginger

Pour shredded chili and fry

Stir-fry the ginger until there is no moisture and the chili is slightly mushy

Add the fried shredded beef and stir fry
12.
Add salt, cooked sesame powder and cumin powder
13.
Stir well at the end
Tips:
The shredded beef can be fried according to personal preference. I like it chewy, so I fry it longer, and I fry it for a shorter time if I like it tenderer.
