Stir-fried Beef Slices with Scallions

Take out the beef and cut it into large slices. Don't cut it too thinly. It's delicious if it's slightly thicker.

Cut scallions into slices on a hob.

Shred the ginger and cut the coriander into sections.

Heat oil in a wok, sauté ginger and pepper.

Add the green onions and burst out the fragrant green onions.

Add beef slices and stir fry over medium heat.

Tips:
Cooked beef has less oil and eats oil. Therefore, the cooking oil for this dish should be slightly more flavorful.
Choose older scallions instead of scallions, which are not resistant to frying.
