Stir-fried Beef with Bell Peppers and Carrots

The beef slices are tenderized in papaya enzyme water for 1 hour, remove the purified water, and marinate according to the old method for preparation.

The bell peppers and carrots are cut into pieces, the oil brine is cooked with baking soda and the mixture is too cold.

Heat a pot with oil, green onions, and ginger until fragrant.
