Stir-fried Beef with Bitter Gourd

Slice the beef horizontally, add salt, cooking wine, a quail egg, starch, light soy sauce, stir well

Slice bitter gourd, remove seeds and cut pepper on hob

Boil water in a pot, add a little oil, add bitter gourd and chili together to blanch until the color

Take out the blanched bitter gourd, rinse with cold water, and drain
