Stir-fried Beef with Celery and Carrot

Wash and slice beef, add cooking wine, salt, starch and marinate for 20 minutes.

Cut celery into small pieces and slice carrots.

Raise the frying pan, fry the beef until it is dead, remove it and set aside.

In another oil pan, pour celery and carrots and fry them until they are broken.

Add the fried beef slices, add tomato sauce, apple cider vinegar, and sugar to stir-fry evenly, then it can be out of the pan.
Tips:
1. When frying beef, heat the pan and oil to prevent it from sticking to the pan.
2. Apple cider vinegar can be replaced with white vinegar.
