Stir-fried Beef with Choy Sum

Main ingredients: beef, choy sum, garlic

Beef sliced with top knife, cabbage heart sliced into sections, garlic sliced for later use

Cut the beef, add starch, oyster sauce, black pepper powder, a little cooking wine, and pick up and marinate for a few minutes

Add 1 teaspoon of cooking oil to the marinated beef and mix well.

Heat the pan with cool oil, add the marinated beef and stir fry (the oil is more than usual for stir-frying)

Stir-fry until the beef changes color, remove and set aside.

Use the remaining oil of the beef to add garlic slices and saute.

Saute the garlic slices and add the chopped choy sum and stir fry quickly evenly.

Tips:
The beef should be cut against the lines of the beef, and the fried beef has a better taste.
