Stir-fried Beef with Garlic

Cut the beef into thin slices. Use 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, some salt, cooking wine, half a teaspoon of chicken powder, water soy flour, and half a tablespoon of peanut oil to taste for five minutes.

Cut the big ginger into slices.

Use 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, black pepper powder, water starch, and 2 tablespoons of fresh soup to make a flavored sauce for later use.

Put oil in the pot, and remove the beef after slipping into the pot.

Wash the pan, put the oil in the hot pan, fry the garlic particles until golden on both sides after the oil is hot.

Add sliced ginger and stir fry until fragrant.

Put the beef in the pot and stir fry evenly.

Add green garlic sprouts, stir fry three or five times, turn off the heat.
