Stir-fried Beef with Green Garlic

1. Cut millet pepper into small sections, green garlic into sections, and beef into thin slices.

2. Put the rapeseed oil in a hot pot, stir the millet peppers to make the red oil.

3. Add the green garlic and stir fragrant.

4. Change to high heat, add beef slices, and quickly stir-fry until slightly discolored.

5. Add green garlic leaves, salt, and soy mushroom soy sauce, stir-fry and bring out of the pot.

6. Finished product.
