Stir-fried Beef with Onion and Asparagus

Put 180 grams of asparagus into the pot and blanch for one minute. Quickly remove the cold water.

Add appropriate amount of black pepper, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1g of sugar, and marinate for 5 minutes. If you want the beef shreds to be fresh and tender, you can add a little baking soda.

Cut appropriate amount of onion, 1 millet pepper cut into circles, and cut the cold asparagus into diagonal sections
