Stir-fried Beef with Sauce

The beef is cooked in advance, take it out of the refrigerator and cut into large slices

Cut the onion and big green pepper into pieces, and cut the coriander into inch pieces

Tips:
The beef is cooked in a pressure cooker for half an hour in advance and then taken out and refrigerated. When cooking, add a small amount of salt, not too much, and you will have to cook with soy sauce later.
You don’t need to choose too big onions and green peppers, just smaller ones.
