Stir-fried Beef with Soy Sauce
1.
Cut the beef into thin slices, add soy sauce, pepper, ginger, sesame oil, sugar, cornstarch water, stir well, then add an appropriate amount of peanut oil and mix well, so that the beef can keep the original juice smooth and tender.
2.
Spread the beef evenly in the hot pan (because the appropriate amount of oil is marinated, there is no need to add oil).
3.
Don't stir fry the beef in a hurry. When you see the beef is slightly discolored, turn it on the other side for about a minute. Add the green onions and fry evenly.
4.
In total, it will be cooked in about two minutes. The beef is thinly sliced and easy to cook.
5.
Serve out on the plate.
6.
Finished product. The sauce is fragrant and tender, so it's very good for dinner.
