Stir-fried Beef with Water Chestnuts and Fungus

Tips:
1. Water chestnuts are very crispy and tender. Don't cut too thinly when slicing. Water chestnuts can be eaten raw, so you don't need to cook too long;
2. After the beef is sliced, mix well with a small amount of salt and starch, so that it is not only tasty but also tender and not old when fried.
