Stir-fried Beef with Wild Celery

The main ingredients are wild celery and beef.

Tips:
1. Wild celery and beef are not suitable for over-frying. Stir fry a few times with high heat. The starch of marinated beef can be added appropriately to make the fried beef more tender and fragrant.
