Stir-fried Belly Shreds with Coriander

Wash the coriander, take the long stems and cut into small pieces; slice the ginger and garlic cloves.

Remove the fat from the pork belly and cut into filaments.

Pour oil into the wok, add ginger and garlic slices to fragrant when the oil is hot.

Pour in the belly shreds and stir fry.

Cook into the cooking wine.

Mix in 1/2 tablespoon of white vinegar.

Sprinkle an appropriate amount of white pepper.

Turn off the heat, pour in the coriander section, use the remaining heat of the pot to stir fry the aroma, sprinkle in salt and stir well.

Pour in sesame oil.
Tips:
1. It's better to cook this dish.
2. Turn off the cilantro and put it in the pot again. Use the remaining heat of the pot to stir fry for a fragrance.
