Stir-fried Bitter Gourd with Bacon

Wash 1 bitter gourd

Divide the bitter gourd into four and slice it diagonally, slice the bacon, and pat some minced garlic

Put the bacon in the hot pot and stir fry for the aroma and grease

Then add the minced garlic and stir-fry the millet pepper

Finally, stir-fry the bitter gourd evenly until cooked

Adjust a little salt (the bacon has a salty taste) and stir fry again.

Tips:
If the bitter gourd is too bitter, you can blanch it in water or pickle it with salt and then wash away the saltiness before cooking.
