Stir-fried Bitter Gourd with Barbecued Pork

Simmer in a frying pan until six mature, pour in corn oil, stir-fry minced pork on high heat for a while.

Pour in the bitter gourd and stir fry for a few minutes. Add salt, sugar and stir fry evenly.

Add some light soy sauce and stir fry.
