Stir-fried Bitter Gourd with Pork Belly

After the carrot and bitter gourd are cleaned, cut the bitter gourd into triangles at will, cut the carrot into flower or tree shape, and slice the pork belly

Boil water in the pot. After boiling, put the chopped bitter gourd and carrot in the pot, turn off the heat, and let it sit for about 1 minute to remove. Drain the water and set aside

After the pan is cleaned, put a few drops of cooking oil, then add the pork belly, stir fry slowly over medium heat, and when both sides turn golden brown, add salt and light soy sauce and stir fry a few times quickly

Add bitter gourd and carrots after adding water, stir-fry for about 30 seconds, then it will be out of the pot
Tips:
1. The bitter gourd is put into the water in advance, effectively removing the bitter taste
2. Bitter gourd does not like salt, so salt is put before bitter gourd to add more flavor to the meat, and bitter gourd is not salty.
