Stir-fried Black Bean Sprouts

Bought black bean sprouts with roots.

Cut off the roots of the black bean sprouts, wash them, soak them in cold water for 10 minutes, remove them and drain them.

Wash the carrots and cut into shreds.

Pick up the frying pan, put the carrots in the frying pan and serve them out.

Raise the frying pan again, stir the scallion and ginger into the pan and stir fry the black bean sprouts.

Stir-fry the carrots in the pan.
7.
Stir-fry with salt and monosodium glutamate.
8.
Stir-fry evenly before serving out of the pan.
Tips:
1. Carrots contain fat-soluble nutrients, and it is best to put them into the vegetable after being oiled.
2. This dish is light and refreshing, and it is not advisable to add a variety of condiments.
