Stir-fried Black Bean Sprouts with Amaranth

Remove the roots from the bottom of the black bean sprouts and clean them for later use.

Wash the amaranth and set aside.
3.
Heat oil in a pot and sauté the garlic.
4.
Pour the black bean sprouts and stir fry.
5.
Stir-fry black bean sprouts and add appropriate amount of salt after they become soft.
6.
Add an appropriate amount of raw extract to fresh.
7.
Finally, put the amaranth in the pot and stir-fry until it is raw.
Tips:
1. Amaranth is easy to cook, just put it in the end.
2. The black bean sprouts have large bean sprouts, so you need to stir-fry for a while. If the pot is dry, add some water.
