Stir-fried Bracken with Shredded Pork

Cut the bracken well and wash.

Then let it take a five-minute boiled bath and hold it for later use. Ha ha!

Cut the pork into shreds, mix it with oil, and leave some fat to help it lose weight, and then use it to fry the oil.

In a hot pan, fry the fatty meat out of oil, then saute the ginger and garlic, then add the shredded pork and stir fry.
