Stir-fried Braised Beef with Double Peppers

Slice the braised beef and cut the green and red pepper into sections.

Heat up some oil in the pot
3.
Add garlic and chili until fragrant
4.
Pour the beef slices and stir fry
5.
Stir-fry for a while, add green and red peppers and stir-fry together

Add salt and MSG to taste
7.
Add a little soy sauce and vinegar

Finally, stir-fry evenly and then turn off the heat and get out of the pan.
Tips:
The braised beef already has a salty taste, so add a little less salt!
