Stir-fried Braised Beef with Onion

All kinds of ingredients are prepared.

Onions, peppers, wash and cut into pieces.

Marinated beef slices.

Shred ginger. Take a small bowl, add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, chicken noodles and cold boiled water, and make a bowl of juice.

Pour edible oil into the pot and add ginger wire to the pot.

Drop the onion.

Slightly stir fry the chili nowadays.

Stir-fry for about 2 minutes with salt.

Stir-fry and add the stewed beef.

Tips:
1: Cut the onion in half and soak it in cold water. When it is cut, it will not be so irritating and make people cry.
2: Onions are easy to cook. Don't fry them for too long after cooking to avoid unclear and crisp taste.
3: Adjust the bowl of juice in advance to avoid rushing when frying.
