Stir-fried Braised Whole Duck

Wash the duck and cut into pieces.

Change the knife with ginger, garlic cloves, and millet pepper.

Blanch the duck chunks in water and rinse off the foam.

Put the rapeseed oil in a hot pot, add the fat duck meat first, stir yellow, and stir out the oil.

Pour in all the duck meat, stir-fry on high heat, and stir-fry.

Add dried rice pepper, garlic cloves, and half of the ginger slices and sauté until fragrant.
