Broad beans are called pea beans in our hometown. They are the kind of beans used to make bean paste. My hometown grows a lot of beans. Every year when the broad beans are formed, their parents will pick up a lot of them. I've eaten tender broad beans. I rarely buy them outside. I'm lazy and don't want to peel them, hehe. I bought it once this year. I added my child’s favorite ham and fry it together. Not to mention the taste is really good.

Stir-fried Broad Beans with Ham

1. Prepare fresh broad beans

2. Broad Bean Shelling

3. Add water to the pot and put in broad beans

4. Cooked

5. Scoop out broad beans

6. Prepare the ham sausage

7. Sliced ham

8. Heat oil in a wok, sauté ginger and garlic until fragrant

9. Add ham

10. Stir fry

11. Add broad beans

12. With salt

13. Season with chicken essence and stir well

14. Loading

Tips:

1. When buying broad beans, choose full and hard ones.
2. The broad beans are cooked and then fried, which is quicker.
