Stir-fried Broccoli with Garlic

Prepare raw materials;

Soak the broccoli in water, add an appropriate amount of salt to soak for five minutes, and then rinse off;

Put the broccoli in the blanching water, remove the color after changing;

Tips:
1. Add the right amount of salt and a few drops of oil when blanching the broccoli to maintain the green color and taste of the broccoli; 2. The amount of garlic must be larger, and the garlic must be sauteed first.
