Stir-fried Bun with Spring Onion and Ham

One cold steamed bun.

Cut into nail-sized pieces.

Dice the ham sausage.
4.
Finely chop spring onion and millet pepper.
5.
Heat an appropriate amount of scallion oil, saute the pepper and sesame pepper until fragrant.

Add the bun pieces and stir-fry evenly, so that the scallion oil is evenly covered with the buns.
7.
Add the diced ham and sprinkle a little salt thinly.
8.
Stir fry until the steamed buns are slightly browned.
9.
Sprinkle with chopped chives and chopped green and red peppers, stir-fry and serve.
